The Waterford Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 8am to 10pm. Only Waterford residents and accompanied guests are permitted in the pool. A key must be presented upon request as proof of residency. Pool keys may not be duplicated.
Our pool is a centerpiece of our neighborhood, and we strive to keep it a pleasant place to swim, relax and talk with neighbors. Please do your part to keep everyone safe and to care for our pool.
- Water Safety: NO running, diving or roughhousing! Swim at your own risk. NO lifeguards or attendants are on duty.
- Facility Safety: The self-locking gate should remain closed and locked at all times except when entering or exiting. Pool furniture is never to be place in the pool for any reason.
- Trespassing: Do not enter pool area after hours or when closed. Trespassers will be prosecuted. This will be strictly enforced to ensure resident/guest safety and protect the pool facility.
- Guests: Guests must be accompanied by a Waterford resident. Groups of 10 or more require a paid party permit.
- Children: Children under 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Swim diapers are required for children not potty-trained to minimize the possibility of closing the pool.
- Flotation Devices: Only one-person flotation devices are permitted. Oversized floats pose a serious drowning hazard to other children in the pool. The safety flotation device located on the property is not available for recreational use.
- Glass: No glass containers of any kind, as broken glass has the potential to close the pool for days.
- Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the pool fence.
- Bicycles: No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades are motorbikes are permitted inside the pool fence.
- Animals: No pets or animals are allowed in or around the pool.
- Clean Up: Please place trash in trash cans and take toys and personal belongings home after each visit. Please leave the pool area as clean as you found it! Put umbrellas down when leaving!
- Party Permits: A paid reservation a week in advance is needed to reserve the pergola area for a group of 10 or more. Please contact our management company at 913-749-5570.
- Replacement Keys: Safeguard your key. A replacement key is $25, available from our management company at 913-749-5570.
Please use your judgment when opening the pool door to someone
who has "forgotten their key." Feel free to call our management company at 913-749-5570
