WATERFORD POOL FAQs
Q. Can I bring glass bottles to the pool?
A. No, glass is not allowed at the pool. Do not bring glass soda or beer bottles, or glass of any kind, into the pool area. Broken glass is a safety hazard at the pool.
Q. Can my children play with the life preserver?
A. No, the life preserver is a water safety device and recreational use is prohibited.
Q. How can I get a pool key?
A. Pool keys are available from The Tiehen Group, 3401 College Blvd #250

Replacement pool keys are $25 and checks should be made out to Waterford Homes Association, Inc. New residents who did not receive a pool key may request a complimentary key.
Q. How can I bring a group of 10 or more for a party or get-together?

or 913-648-1188 to reserve your group event. Party permits are $25 and the covered section of the pool is included in the reservation. The pool remains open for resident use in addition to party use.
Q. What are the pool hours?
A. The pool is open from 7 am to 10 pm.
Unlimited yard waste pickup is available October, November and December; yard waste collection season runs from April to December. Yard waste is not collected in January, February or March.
Per Johnson County regulations, all yard waste must be in biodegradable bags. No plastic bags will be accepted for leaves, grass clipping or any type of yard waste. Tree limbs may be tied in four-foot bundles or placed in biodegradable bags.
Reminder: Each resident can have one free bulky item pickup up per month at no charge. Simply call Town & Country 48 hours in advance and set item at the curb. Qualifying items include vacuums, lamps, toilets, electronics, patio umbrellas and furniture.
