ASH TREE ASSESSMENTS -- SEPT. 3 & 4
The Ash Tree assessments are planned for Thursday and Friday mornings with Michael Dougherty. Board members Casey Hull and Rick Zerbs will be accompanying Michael thru the neighborhood.
Residents, a few items of note for you:
- If you have requested Ash tree evaluations or have street/parkway Ash trees, please be aware that Michael, Casey, and Rick will be on your property Thursday or Friday mornings.
- The Ash trees in the neighborhood number in the hundreds, and we are going to try and move as quickly as possible to try and get them done in 2 mornings. Thus, we will not have time to chit-chat or discuss tree evaluations in real time. So, if you see us on your property, we probably won't say much other than a cordial "Hello" to you, and we'll be moving on.
- Results of the evaluations will be compiled, and it will take a couple of weeks to do so. Please be patient on hearing about the results. Remember, there is no urgency to take action immediately, but needs to be in your plans.
2 mornings is pretty aggressive in completing the assessment. If more time is needed, another notice will be sent.
WATERFORD POOL CLOSES MONDAY EVENING, SEPT. 7
We hope you enjoyed the pool season, but the time is upon us once again to close. Thank you for your patience while we dealt with the maintenance issues, especially in the first half of the season. We hope your experience in the 2nd half was better. As always, your feedback is appreciated.
